Nothing could be more simple! Send us an e-mail to contact@kidslovedesign.com and indicate the name of the mother, the father, or the baby, and we will send you the relevant birth list as soon as possible.

WANT TO BUY SOMETHING FROM A BRITH LIST?

You can either:
- buy the product directly from the site and on the delivery page, in the message box, indicate the number of the list or the name of the beneficiary of the list, as well as your personal message
- send us en e-mail with the product you would like to purchase, the name or the number of the list and a personal message. We will reply to you with the confirmation and the full costs (including shipping) and payment details. You can then make a simple bank transfer.

WANT TO CREATE A BIRTH LIST?

ADVANTAGES OF A BIRTH LIST AT KIDSLOVEDESIGN.COM

1. You benefit of 10% in gift vouchers of the global amount spent on your birth list. The gift vouchers will credit your account the day you decide to close your birth list, and are available one year from that date.
2. For products which are in stock, you can change the products until the day before you ask us to send it. This is not applicable to products which are directly ordered from our suppliers. If your friend/family buy the same products, it will credit your account and you can choose another product instead (we do send an accurate list to your friends/family at the time they ask us, but it could occur that two people buy the same product more or less at the same time).
3. Your friends can leave you a personal message when they buy a present from your list, which will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as payment is received. 

CREATING A BIRTH LIST

1. Just add to your basket the list of products you would like to have on your birth list
2. At the end of your shopping session, check-out. 
3. Identify yourself
4. In the shipping information page, please add "birth list, mum's name, dad's name and baby's name (if you would like to)" as a comment
5. When you are on the payment page, please click on bank transfert
6. An e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours (opening days) to confirm that we have received your birth list
7. Within 48 hours, KIDSLOVEDESIGN.COM will send you an e-mail with your birth list that you will be able to send to your friends.

This list will include:

* a birth list number
* your e-mail address, mum's name, dad's name and baby's name (if available) 
* the list of products you would like to receive, their descriptions and prices. For each product, you will also have a link to the website page so people can directly view the product on-line.

IMPORTANT REMARKS

- Some products might be directly ordered from the suppliers. If you absolutely want to have a product which is not in our stock, we will kindly ask you to pay for it. At your convenience, we will reimburse you or credit your account if a friend decides to buy it for you. We can not order a product from the supplier without having received the payment.
- Between the moment you open your birth list and the moment you close it, our stocks vary. We can not guarantee that a product which is in our stock will be still available when you decide to close your birth list. If you absolutely want to have a product, we will kindly ask you to pay for it in advance, and we will reimburse you as soon as a friend has bought it for you. We will not reserve an article on a list, except of course if it was paid beforehand.
