CREATE AND SHARE A WISHLIST (birth, birthday, or any special moment!) 

For the most beautiful moments of our life, we would like to spoil our little ones with the products which seem the best for them. For that purpose, KIDS LOVE DESIGN allows you to create lists, that you will be free to share with your family , your friends, your colleagues.

Please read the Questions ans Answers below to understand how to create and share a list: 

How do I create a wishlist?
- Create an account on kidslovedesign.com, or log in if you already have one
- Click on WISHLIST in the top bar menu
- Name you wishlist
- Surf ! Each time you like a product, add it to your list by clicking on "add to my wishlist" 
NB: We advice you to add gift voucher to your wishlist!

How do I view my wishlist?
- Click on WISHLIST in the top bar menu
- Click on the VIEW button to see it
 

How do I share my wishlist 
- Once you are in your wishlist, you can add the email addresses of the persons you would like to share it with. 
- Alternatively, you can also send them the PERMALINK, so they can have direct access to you list (via a birth card for example) 
 

How will I know if a product was bought? 

- Once someone has bought an item in your list, this item will no longer appears in your list on the website for other people than you.
If you are connected with your user name and password, you will see the item which has been bought, with the name of the person, the date of purchase and the message which may accompany the purchase.

Please note that your friends must be connected to your list for this function to work.
If your friends and family buy an item directly online (withou using the permaling to your list), you will not see the item they bought for you. Also, the item will remain available in your list.  

Do my friends have to pay delivery fees? 

Yes, delivery fees depends on the weight and volume of the shipment. 

Are the items sent straight away?

Yes, if the items are in stock. If they need to be ordered, delays are those indicated on our website for each product.  

If you would like us to send the items all together, please let us know by email. In this case, we will calculate delivery fees depending on the total weight, the volume and the delivery address. 

Can you guarantee that all articles in my list will be available? 

Unfortunately not, we can not reserve items which are included in a list. As our stocks may vary, it is possible that an article will become unavailable. 

If some items must be ordered, how long will it take? 

Delays apply from the moment the items was paid for. Delays are those indicated on each product information sheet. We can not order an article without having received a payment. 

Can I create several lists?  

Of course, you can create as many lists as you want! For all nice moments of your children's life! 

Do I need to pay to create a wishlist? 

No, the creation of a wishlist is totally free (your normal internet connexion fee may apply).
