You like our site and are or want to become a regular customer ? We appreciate so much your loyalty and your trust.
We will be delighted to offer you a 5 euros voucher for each 100 euros spent on the site. These vouchers will be credited to your account on kidslovedesign.com, and will be automatically deduced of your basket when placing your next order.
Please mind that these slices of 100 euros will have to be spent in one order (if you order for 60 € one day, and 40 € the next one, our system will not recognised those purchases as being part of the fidelity program).
Your account will be credited after reception of your payment and validation of your order.
This fidelity program is available as of 1st of January 2010 ; all orders placed before will not be part of the program.

SECURED AND SAFE PAYMENTS
We choose OGONE to treat the payments by credit cards on our site. OGONE is one of the main operators in Europe, and uses the latest technologies to encrypt your personal informations. When entering your personal details and especially your bank card informations, the site's address will change to https with a padlock bar appearing in your window's browser. This means that your data is encrypted ensuring that your details will be completely secured. Nobody is able to obtain neither your credit card details nor any other information.
FAST DELIVERY
For all the products in our stocks, we will make sure your order is ready for dispatching within 48 hours. The delivery time depends on the transporter we use to send you shipment. If for any reason, one of the products shown as "in STOCK" should not be available straight away, we will inform you within 48 hours. You will have the option to validate your order or cancel it. CUSTOMER SERVICE
We will do our best to reply to your emails as soon as possible, and in maximum 48 hours (office hours),except if the shop is closed (we will say it on the site!). Depending on your request, some extra delays can apply, and especially if it means we have to search for the information (suppliers, transporters and other partners we work with).
