HOW SHOULD YOU PROCEED?

It is rather simple, actually. First, read the legal and technical information below. Then send us an email to contact@kidslovedesign.com with the photos attached (no more than 2 MB). Include in the email your name, contact information, and your child's name and age.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Digital pictures only.
- Images should be saved as .jpg, which is the standard format for most digital cameras
- We must be able to expose the content of the pictures to the public

USAGE OF THE PICTURES

The following paragraphs are meant to clearly define usage and other details that might otherwise cause confusion or lead to a misuse of your photographs. 

KIDSLOVEDESIGN.COM is soliciting you to freely submit photographs of your child's environment.  The intended purpose of the photographs is to create a database of design rooms that will be viewable by our visitors. By submitting photographs to us for use in this manner, you are also granting kidslovedesign permission to use the submitted photographs for marketing purposes (newsletter, press releases, etc...). The photographs can also be used to illustrate our website, catalogue, blog, etc.

People submitting photographs for display on the kidslovedesign website (or in related promotional material) must insure they have the full right to supply and publish the photographs. If a child is featured in the photograph, the sender must insure that she or he is the parent or guardian of that they have the permission of the parents or guardian. If the pictures were professionally taken, you likely do not have these rights and you must contact the photographer and obtain written permission.

KIDSLOVEDESIGN.COM agrees not to use these photographs for any purpose other than stated on this page.  We will not at any time release these images to the general public (other than as being posted on this website/blog/catalogue makes them viewable by the public), sell them, or use them for additional marketing purposes. If we wish to use your photos for any other purpose we will contact you directly to obtain specific rights to do so.

KIDSLOVEDESIGN.COM reserves its right to publish or not the photographs you have sent, in particular in case of inappropriate content or if the image does not correspond to our brand.

KIDSLOVEDESIGN.COM reserves its right to change the rules of this section, especially those regarding gift vouchers. However, we will not use the photographs for other matters than those mentionned hereabove.
