Voyage, the cradle created by Philippine designer Kenneth Cobonpue, is a gentle invitation to dream. With its round shape and subtle mix of tradition and modernity, the cradle is the ideal nest to welcome your new baby during the first months of his/her life. Made in hand-woven rattan tied with transparent nylon filament on a handmade light steal frame, this cocoon is the result of traditional craftsmanship combined with the use of innovative technologies.

The cradle is delivered together with a white mattress and a pale pink dressing. It can be removed from its stand for easy travel.

Designer Kenneth Cobonpue

After studying industrial design in New York and furniture-making in Germany, Kenneth Cobonpue went back to the Philippines, his home country, in 1996. Within Inc. Interior Crafts, a Company founded by his mother, Kenneth discovered that design could have a new face by combining the use of natural fibers together with materials such as Medium. By integrating locally-sourced organic materials with innovative production techniques, Kenneth Cobonpue offers a new perspective to Western design - as demonstrated by his collection of furniture.
