1. DELIVERY COSTS
Each product belongs to a group -depending on its weight, volume- which is clearly mentionned on each product details. the countries in which we deliver are divided in between 7 zones. For any country which is not in the list, please contact us to know the delivery fees.
The groups E and F are groups which include big furnitures, i.e. beds, wardrobes. For countries in zone 3 and after, please contact us to receive a quote for delivery of the products in those categories.
Zone 1 : France
Zone 2 : Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg
Zone 3 : Austria, Denmark,, Irland, Portugal
Zone 4 : Finland, Norvway, Sweden, Switzerland, Açores, Madera, Canary Island, Greece, Polland
Zone 5 : Greece, Hungaria, Island, Pologne, Tcheque Republik, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Lituania, Bulgaria
Zone 6 : USA, Canada, Israel, Puerto-Rico
Zone 7: Australia New-Zealand, Japan, China, Bahamas, Saint-Martin, Hongkong, Singapor; Brasil, Kuwait

2. DELIVERY TIME
We do our best to dispatch any order with products in stock as soon as possible. Depending on the volume of orders, it can take up to 3 days before the order is dispatched. If you have an urgent need of the product, please contact us beforehand. It can also take up to a week for the preparation of orders with furniture.
We work with the French post for products of less than 30 kg, recorded delivery. For furniture, the transport company we are using depends on destination.
The average transportation times are, for products in stock :
France : 2 to 3 open days
Other countries : 4 to 8 open days depending on destinations
For any urgent delivery, please contact us at email@example.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
If you order includes products in stock and products which have to be ordered directely from the supplier, we will send your order as soon as all products are received in our warehouse.
We would like to remind you that, for products which are not in our stock, the delivery time is given for your information only, and reflects the informations our suppliers gave us. In the event the delivery time changes, KIDSLOVEDESIGN will contact you to give the accurate information, and you will be able either to process your order or to cancel it. If you decide to cancel it, we will reimburse you as soon as possible (maximum 1 month after the written cancellation is received).
Wrapping paper : due to the size of the products, we can not guaranty a wrapping service for all items. However, if it is important for you that the product is wrapped, please contact us beforehand and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
Recycling cardboards : as much as possible and as long as it is of decent quality, we try to re-use cardboards which would be thrown away otherwise. Please let us know if you only want a new cardboard.
