1. RETURNS
KIDSLOVEDESIGN wishes to guarantee the satisfaction of its clients.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product ordered from kidslovedesign.com, the product may be returned. Customers who wish to return a product must inform kidslovedesign.com of this intention within 7 (seven) days (of reception of the product) and send the product back within 15 (fifteen) days.
In order to process a return you will first need to contact our customer service by phone or email, quoting your order number. KIDSLOVEDESIGN reserves the right to refuse a returned product if the customer has not contacted the Customer Service beforehand. KIDSLOVEDESIGN will provide the Customer with the address where he/she shall return his/her order and a return number.
NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THEY ARE SENT TO OUR SWISS ADDRESS.
Any goods returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received them (shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage).
KIDSLOVEDESIGN shall refund the Customer the purchase price of the product(s) within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. Delivery costs are not refundable. Refunds are generally made by bank transfer so the Customer needs to send his bank details per email (Including IBAN and BIC code).
2. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, please first return your product as per the procedure mentioned above. After receiving and checking your returned product, KIDSLOVEDESIGN will proceed to exchange the product, and will send you the new reference without paying extra delivery costs, within the condition that the new product is classified in the same delivery group as the original product. In case the new product is in a more expensive delivery group, KIDSLOVEDESIGN will only ask you to pay the difference of shipping costs.
